Payment & e-Invoice

Review your order, choose a payment method, and tell us how to issue your invoice. Cloud e-invoices are issued under Taiwan Ministry of Finance rules.

Payment method

After you place the order we issue a virtual account number and a payment deadline for that order. Transfer to it from online banking or an ATM before the deadline — the number is generated by our payment provider, so you do not need to supply one.

After you place the order we email you our bank details and a reference code. Include the code with your transfer so we can match the payment.

e-Invoice details

Choose an invoice type. "Individual" lets you enter a mobile barcode carrier; "Donation" requires the recipient's love code; "Company / Agency" requires a unified business number and invoice title.

Common carrier

The Ministry of Finance common carrier: starts with "/" and is 8 characters in total, using uppercase letters, digits, and . - +. If left blank, the invoice is issued as an e-invoice and sent to the invoice notification email you entered.

Donated invoice

The love code of the receiving organisation: 3 to 7 digits, searchable on the Ministry of Finance e-invoice platform. Donated invoices are not issued as a printed certificate.

Eight digits; required for a triplicate e-invoice.

e-Invoice notices

  • Cloud e-invoices are issued under Ministry of Finance rules; no paper invoice is mailed.
  • If you donate the invoice, the recipient cannot be changed afterwards and no printed invoice certificate will be issued.
  • If you provide a mobile barcode carrier, the invoice is filed to that carrier and prize notifications come from the Ministry of Finance platform.
  • If a refund is issued under the Terms of Service or a written contract, the invoice will be adjusted by allowance or voided under the Regulations Governing the Use of Uniform Invoices.

Amounts on this page are in New Taiwan dollars and include tax. The invoice is issued as specified above once payment completes.
