How we work with you
The product runs in your environment
With hybrid or on-premises deployment, the analysis engine (Agent) runs inside your network, and source code and analysis results stay on your side — we neither need nor receive your source code. On the cloud-only Core plan, analysis runs in our environment; the privacy policy spells out exactly how.
Support is by email
Support runs over email with replies on business days. If you need guaranteed response times or dedicated staffing, we can set that out in a consulting agreement.
Consulting is billed by the hour
The platform fee covers deploying the Agent and getting it running. Implementation consulting — turning audit requirements into rules, writing them up, training your team — is billed by the hour, with scope and deliverables agreed before we start.
The studio also takes on AI adoption consulting and multilingual content projects — enquiries are welcome by email.
